Go to the Friends tab and search by username or phone number. Once you send a request and they accept, their ratings will appear in your Vetted feed.
Your ratings are visible only to your friends and your friends' friends (mutuals) within Keeper. They are never public and never visible to strangers.
When you rate a service, you place it into one of three categories: It's a keeper, Does the job, or Not for me. Within each category, you rank your ratings against each other using a smart algorithm that spreads scores evenly — so your #1 keeper always has a higher score than your #2.
Yes. Tap into any rated place from your Rated tab and use the edit options to update your notes, provider, or ranking. To remove a rating entirely, contact us at hello@try-keeper.com.
Keeper uses Google Places to power search results. If a salon isn't appearing, it may not be listed on Google Maps yet, or the name may be slightly different. Try searching by address or a partial name. If it still doesn't appear, email us and we can look into adding it manually.
