By accessing or using Keeper ("the app," "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Keeper. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Keeper is currently available in the United States only.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your account is tied to your phone number — do not share your verification codes with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information in your profile. Impersonating another person or using a false identity is prohibited.
You retain ownership of the ratings, reviews, notes, and photos you post in Keeper. By posting content, you grant Keeper a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and share that content with your friends and network within the app as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ratings on Keeper reflect your personal experience and opinion. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted ratings. Keeper is not liable for decisions you make based on ratings or reviews posted by other users.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to users or the service. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Keeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on the platform is accurate or reliable.
Keeper is not responsible for any beauty or wellness services you obtain based on recommendations in the app. All service decisions are your own.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
